We're seeking a seasoned Post Production Graphics Manager to lead our EMEAL Content Graphics Team. As a key member of our Post Production team, you'll be responsible for managing a team of motion graphics designers focused on instructional visual design for LinkedIn Learning's online video courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of motion graphics designers, driving overall graphics quality and effectiveness
  • Develop team skills, provide guidance based on design style guides, and ensure high-quality instructional visual design
  • Schedule courses across international languages and assess project scope
  • Drive 1:1 and team meetings, reviewing team graphics and providing feedback to improve course graphics and post-production processes
  • Perform management duties, including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, developing, and assessing performance
  • Define team goals, report on progress, and drive projects to successful completion
  • Collaborate with other managers and stakeholders to improve workflows and resolve issues

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in video production and large design project management
  • Experience guiding informational or instructional graphic design and direct reports' performance reviews
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects and proficiency in Mac, Microsoft, and Google Apps environments
  • Excellent communication, writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to create clean, straightforward motion projects that support learning points

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience analyzing data to report on team capacity and an online portfolio showcasing past motion-based projects
  • Business fluency in English and basic knowledge of the Austrian CBA
