Join Our Team as a Project Manager for Agency Implementation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Porsche Konstruktionen. As a Project Manager for Agency Implementation, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of new sales strategies in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of new sales strategies in our Porsche Holding markets (EU focus)
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and internal departments (Roll-Out Markets, Brands, Finance, Legal, IT) to develop and implement new sales strategies
  • Develop processes and guidelines for agency sales
  • Organize and conduct workshops and training sessions
  • Project-related travel within the EU
  • Ensure smooth implementation and monitoring of progress
  • Product and project responsibility for the newly developed Intelligent Stock Tool
Requirements:
  • Completed degree in business or a related field
  • Experience in the automotive industry or sales is an advantage
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and models
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
