Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales across all product categories, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and support.
  • Input customer and sales data into our software system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and package items for sale, maintaining a high level of presentation and quality.
  • Create and develop a loyal customer base, driving repeat business and referrals.
  • Organize visual merchandising materials, ensuring our boutique meets Bulgari's high standards.
  • Process customer returns and repairs, providing excellent communication and service.

Your Qualifications:

  • Fluent German and English language skills, with additional languages an asset.
  • Proven sales and negotiation expertise, with a strong understanding of luxury brand principles.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Customer-focused, flexible, and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
