About the Role
We are seeking a Client Advisor to join our dynamic team in Vienna. As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Use effective selling techniques to maximize business potential and build strong relationships with customers.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, sharing information and best practices to drive business success.
- Collect and update customer information to ensure efficient use of CRM and Client Book.
- Uphold company standards and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Stay up-to-date with stock information and follow store-to-store transfer request procedures.
- Cultivate customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with company standards.
About You
- Native language skills are an advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent customer service attitude, high flexibility, and ability to adapt to diverse customer types.
- Sales experience in fashion or luxury contexts is preferred.
- Excellent communication and empathetic skills, with a commercial results orientation.
- Good team player with multitasking and flexible abilities.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and stressful environment.
