Client Advisor for Luxury Fashion in Vienna

Position Overview
We are in search of a Client Advisor who will collaborate closely with the Store Manager as part of our vibrant team in Vienna.
Your Role
Achieve performance goals while delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction in accordance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Employ effective sales techniques to enhance the store's business potential.
- Foster teamwork by sharing information and best practices.
- Gather and maintain customer data to optimize the use of CRM and Client Book.
- Adhere to company standards and procedures.
- Keep inventory information current and manage store-to-store transfer requests.
- Build and nurture customer relationships.
- Provide outstanding customer service in line with company expectations.
Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong customer service orientation and adaptability to various customer types.
- Sales experience, preferably in the fashion and luxury sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a commercial mindset.
- A collaborative team player.
- Ability to multitask and remain flexible.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
