We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team on a luxurious ocean cruise. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for creating exquisite dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven background in fine dining
  • Ability to work in pressure, stress, and long working hours work environments
  • Ability to lead a multicultural team with values and respect
  • Possession of a C1D Visa, STCW, Seamen's certification, Yellow Fever & COVID Vaccination and Medical Certificate is advantageous
  • Experience working in Luxury Cruise environments or Five-Star Hotels/Resorts. Michelin experience is preferred
