Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Executive Chef to lead our culinary team onboard a luxurious ocean cruise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating exquisite dining experiences for our esteemed guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase your culinary expertise
  • Lead a multicultural team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, budgeting, and staff supervision
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury cruise line or high-end restaurant
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional culinary experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Availability to begin work immediately
