**F&B Creative and Opening Director Falkensteiner Premium Camping**

**YOUR TASKS**:

- Job History in System Gastronomy (fine fast casual) and F&B Consulting (specially design & concept).
- Creation of a scalable fine fast casual Camping F&B Concept in all details (Design directions, Set up front and back of house, Kitchen as “System Gastronomies”, Uniforms, Music, F&B Menus, F&B Retail, Self Service, Atmosphere, OS&E, Table Tops etc).
- Developing a detailed modern, easy to understand concept brief, in all details and areas.
- Developing with support, a scale able fast service kitchen set up to achieve low staffing cost, low wastage, and fast production. Like fast casual kitchens used in System Gastronomy.
- Understanding/planning of a lean & fast operational flow in service and kitchen.
- Good understanding on POS, AI & Robotic possibilities.
- Detailed F&B Cost analysis when developing the process in kitchen and service.
- Responsible for implementing the Concept (in all details front and back of house including culinary) in all Camping Projects (new and refurb).
- Set up of F&B Quality and Atmosphere Standards, Look Books, and Quality Audits.
- Regular Checks on Quality, Atmosphere, and process flow in the campsites.
- Review and Analysis of camping guest comments.
- Permanent improvement process to drive Profit, Guest Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction and Market Share.
- Hands on Leader, role modelling change and execution.
- Understanding local F&B culture in the implementation countries as well as being up to date on global trends.
- Daily monitoring on financial, commercial, and guest satisfaction KPI´s.
- Daily/weekly communication with the camping teams on the need to support and develop.
- Understanding of the customers in details.
- Supporting camping teams when KPI´s are not met in analyzing and changing processes.
- Monitors overall performance of F&B operations and provide action planning as needed; coordinate task force as needed.
- Communicates creative, quality, and financial culinary expectations to properties.
- Develops and facilitates culinary & service trainings for chefs and talents.
- Ability to analyze and react to trends.
- Knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Can present well, has a good analytical thinking, and solves problems easily.
- Strong interpersonal skills with multiple stakeholders (e.g. customers, owners, peers, associates, vendors, corporate).
- Knowledge of workforce analysis and labor productivity.
- Knowledge of governmental regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements.
- Can read and forecast short-, mid
- and long-term financial performance of individual properties and on a divisional level.
- Reporting to the Managing Director Camping.
- Opening and Concept Support in the Falkensteiner Hotel Division when needed.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Hospitality degree from accredited school or graduated from an Apprenticeship system.
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience as an F&B Director and F&B Concept Consultant in progressively challenging positions.
- International Experience in Asia and/or Middle East and Europe
- European Job permit
- Positive “Can Do” Attitude & Hands on Personality.
- Focused and driven mindset to achieve the goals.
- Open for feedback and able to improve performance.
- Understanding different cultural needs
- Flexible in travelling. The job requires a large amount.
- Driver’s License Class B
- Language Skills: English & German. Additional languages like Italian,Croatian would be an advantage.
