Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Lifecycle Management Consultant to join our team at Red Bull. As a key player in our Global Data Team, you will be responsible for supporting senior line managers in the development of new processes and features.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collect, derive, and challenge business requirements and align them with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Provide an objective and holistic perspective to avoid isolated solutions and ensure end-to-end integration of all anticipated changes.
  • Shape our process and system level to increase maturity levels by applying conceptual strength and product lifecycle know-how.
  • Secure a structured and detailed requirement documentation (Business Scope Statement) and hand it over to IT.
  • Manage and drive projects independently, defining and scheduling work packages and setting up realistic project timelines in alignment with our IT.
  • Track and document project progress and milestones in our project management tool and monitor implementation budgets.
  • Prepare and host project meetings and workshops to work efficiently on the development of new system solution designs.
  • Contribute to steering meetings with our senior management to get direction on open decisions and questions.
  • Keep all required stakeholders informed about insights and status of assigned projects and have an overview of required and available resources and highlight potential bottlenecks.
  • Test all implemented solutions to ensure high quality and functional integration of all technical developments.
  • Introduce and hand over the new process to the data quality team, including training preparation and documentation.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a product lifecycle management, PLM key user or consultant role.
  • Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, supply chain or operations management, process and/or project management or similar.
  • Fluent in English, German beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Depth knowledge of PLM applications and proven expertise in developing and implementing process improvements in the field of new product introduction.
  • Highly experienced in gathering, challenging, and translating business requirements to system integration concepts.
  • Verifiable experience in managing projects and programs.
  • System affinity, conceptual strength, and holistic view.
  • Strong analytical skills, solution- and process-oriented, structured, assertiveness, communicative, and collaborative, team player, able to work under pressure and self-dependently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • End-to-End Operations know-how, FMCG environment preferred.
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite and handling of project management tools.
