Head of Sales and Revenue Growth

As the Head of Sales at Cropster Inc, you will oversee global sales efforts, ensuring the sales team achieves strong and consistent results. You'll be responsible for guiding revenue growth across all regions and product lines while working closely with Product Marketing Specialists, Marketing, and Strategy & Analytics teams to align sales approaches with market trends and business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement a Global Sales Strategy: Create and carry out a thoughtful global sales strategy that supports Cropster's broader goals, focusing on both immediate opportunities and long-term development.
- Lead and Support the Sales Team: Manage and coach a talented sales team, setting clear expectations, offering support, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and results-oriented environment.
- Set and Achieve Revenue Goals: Establish clear and achievable revenue goals by region, product, and market segment, ensuring that each team works in harmony toward shared objectives.
- Communicate Market Insights: Work closely with Product Marketing, Marketing, and Strategy teams to share insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor actions, making sure that sales strategies are informed by relevant data and market conditions.
- Oversee the Sales Process: Guide the entire sales journey from lead generation to deal completion, ensuring a smooth process and positive customer experience, while helping the team turn opportunities into revenue.
- Identify and Act on New Opportunities: Explore and nurture new market opportunities, including partnerships and potential expansion into emerging markets, contributing to Cropster's growth.
- Collaborate with the Executive Team: Partner with executive leadership to set company-wide sales goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and growth plans, ensuring alignment across the organization.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Extensive experience in sales, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- A proven ability to develop and implement successful global sales strategies.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities, focused on supporting a positive and high-performing sales culture.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving meaningful results.
- Willingness to travel globally, including attending trade shows and spending time with regional teams.
- Experience in the B2B SaaS industry and/or the coffee or beverage industry.
- A good understanding of global market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
- Experience with sales automation, CRM tools, and data-driven sales practices.
