Product Owner and Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Owner and Software Engineer to join our team.

About the Role

  • As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, working closely with the development team and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of software products.
  • As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and test software applications using Java and other technologies, collaborating with the development team to ensure high-quality software products.
  • You will be passionate about software engineering and enjoy being actively involved in hands-on work, driving feature topics in cooperation with internal stakeholders.
  • You will be able to express ideas and share concepts in fluent English, working in an agile environment and contributing to a team player with a proactive approach.

Requirements

  • Technical study related to Software Engineering or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in software development with Java (preferred) and TypeScript/React (nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with working in an agile environment.
  • Team player with a proactive approach, ability to inspire colleagues.
  • Being able to autonomously drive feature topics in cooperation with internal stakeholders.
  • Being able to express ideas and share concepts in fluent English.

Compensation and Rewards

  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 45,500 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
