Key Responsibilities
As an ERP Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the gathering and validation of requirements to ensure that business processes align with ERP functionalities.
- Creating and overseeing the project plan, which includes budgeting, scheduling, and resource management, while emphasizing process definition and integration points.
- Managing the migration of legacy data, ensuring its accuracy and conformity with established processes.
- Ensuring that ERP customizations fulfill functional requirements and effectively support business operations.
- Coordinating user training and verifying that system testing meets all necessary criteria prior to implementation, along with continuous follow-up to resolve any issues or enhancements.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience as an ERP Project Manager, particularly in new implementations and upgrades involving systems such as Microsoft, SAP, or Oracle.
- The ability to provide strategic guidance, serving as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, and effectively engaging sponsors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience in an international setting, preferably within the Life Sciences or Manufacturing sectors.
- Excellent proficiency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Information
The minimum annual gross salary for this position starts at EUR 51,686.43, which is determined based on professional qualifications and experience.
