Job Description

The primary objective of this position is to create high-quality analog designs for integrated circuit development projects, encompassing hands-on, block-level design from specification to completion. You will be expected to utilize and promote best practices, as well as provide technical support to colleagues as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, verification, and simulation of CMOS analog blocks for power management circuits, including voltage references, bias circuits, comparators, and amplifiers, meeting performance, area, and power specifications.
  • Collaboration with layout engineers to ensure the quality of layout for own design.
  • Deliver silicon design characterization.
  • Perform lab evaluation in collaboration with applications engineers for own design.
  • Produce high-quality documentation for own IP blocks in line with company development flow.
  • Take a proactive approach to driving own development plan, utilizing team members and internal development opportunities.
  • Work closely with DFT engineers to ensure that own blocks follow existing strategy and implementation for DFT.
  • Perform any other tasks deemed reasonable by your manager.
Qualifications:
  • Typically 2–5 years of experience.
  • Mastered basic job duties.
  • Work independently on straightforward tasks, with little direction from manager.
  • Exercise judgement within defined procedures to determine best action.
  • Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Results-oriented and able to deliver on-time under tight schedule.
  • Ability to work both independently and part of a team.
  • Flexible to undertake occasional international travel at short notice.
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English.
  • Ability to propose innovative solutions.
  • Concise and precise communication and presentation skills within multisite and multicultural environment.
  • Degree level qualification in Electronics engineering or a related discipline typically required.
