Red Bull is seeking a skilled Digital Music Marketing Specialist to drive and optimize its global music initiatives across social media and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective distribution, activation, and optimization plans for Red Bull's music initiatives across social media platforms and digital channels.
  • Lead the global social media channel operation and strategy, identifying opportunities for program growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with analytics teams to translate insights into practical guidelines and develop innovative ways to boost results.
  • Evaluate local strategies to boost best practice sharing and identify optimization potentials, collaborating with Red Bull markets to establish a strong collaboration.
  • Provide insightful guidance on social and digital plans related to music initiatives, empowering markets around the world.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience delivering social media channel strategies across various platforms.
  • Knowledge of the popular music landscape and experience working with it, familiarity with Red Bull's key genre targets.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media and digital media (SEO, optimization, analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to present insights and guidance in a concise and meaningful way.
  • Strong attention to detail, outstanding priority-setting abilities, fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Team-player and self-starter mentality with the ability to communicate efficiently and reliably in a multilingual, multicultural environment.
Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.605 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
