Job Description

VACE Engineering is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and developing a strong sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Manage and lead an international sales team, setting sales targets and defining their roles and responsibilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in commercial and/or technical studies.
  • 10-15 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in the metals industry and/or after-sales service.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
