Job Title: Motorsports Media Lead

At Red Bull, we are seeking a highly skilled Motorsports Media Lead to join our media team in Salzburg, Austria. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and driving content creation, programming, and communications tailored to the motorsports field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of media strategy for motorsports at Red Bull, working closely with the Sports Marketing team to drive brand awareness and deepen brand attribution.
  • Develop and drive content creation, programming, and communications tailored to the motorsports field, including content development, production, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute media plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand strategy.
  • Manage and oversee the Motorsports Network budget, ensuring the delivery of agreed core objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Develop key milestones for all projects, identifying and creating new story angles for existing projects and recurring content opportunities.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for countries, aligning and collaborating on a constant basis to elevate projects and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
  • Strong track record of leading and managing cross-functional teams in the media field, with a focus on team growth and development.
  • Extensive experience in media strategy development, content creation, and programming within the sports industry.
  • Passion for motorsports and understanding of its global landscape, trends, and consumer base to create relevant and impactful content.
  • Experience working with global teams and serving as a key point of contact for countries, aligning on media strategy, and facilitating knowledge transfer.
  • Demonstrated ability to create differentiated and authentic content, develop new story angles, and identify recurring content opportunities that drive engagement.
  • Ability to develop media and content strategies that engage and grow new consumer audiences, with a focus on entry-level and broader market reach.
