Bee Cool Gaming, a subsidiary of adp MERKUR GmbH, was established in 2018. Our game design and development studio is responsible for creating games for online casinos, from concept to final product.

We're seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead our company's strategic and operational direction, ensuring the efficient achievement of business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement corporate strategies in coordination with shareholders and the MERKUR GROUP Management Board.
  • Monitor and develop the product line, including new product ideas in gaming (online and land-based offers).
  • Collaborate with development and design teams to create innovative products.
  • Oversee market research and competitive analyses to improve the product range.
Requirements
  • Relevant professional experience in a similar position and several years of leadership experience.
  • Successfully completed studies in mathematics, game design, computer science, or a related field.
  • IT affinity, industry knowledge desirable.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, resilience, and service orientation.
