Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to lead our global social media presence for a leading sustainable fashion brand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that drives engagement and growth across all platforms
  • Create and maintain a social content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging presence
  • Generate innovative ideas and write briefs for social content and major activations
  • Collaborate with clients and brand partners to drive channel growth and creativity
  • Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and growth
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager in a creative/social agency or for sustainable fashion brands
  • Excellent background in sustainable fashion with a deep understanding of industry trends
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to consult and collaborate with high-end brand partners
  • Creative thinker with a knack for generating innovative social media ideas
  • Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms
