Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Team Manager to join our dynamic team at Red Bull. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the reception team's activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Supervise and support the reception team, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any issues or updates.
- Administrative Tasks: Oversee the management of the reception area, ensuring a clean, organized, and presentable appearance. Stay ahead of the game by continuously refreshing and refining guidelines and documents.
- Operational Tasks: Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the reception team. Coordinate with our service teams (Facility, Housekeeping, Security, Lunch Provider) to ensure smooth workflows.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a reception or administrative role with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Education: Completed commercial education (e.g. HAK, BHS).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong verbal and written communication skills (both German and English), strong organizational and multitasking abilities, open personality with a self-confident appearance, high degree of professionalism and a positive attitude, excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
