Job Title: Senior Python/JavaScript Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python/JavaScript Developer to join our team at EUROPEAN DYNAMICS. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions for image processing and geospatial data management using Python, JavaScript in the ArcGIS/ESRI environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions for image processing and geospatial data management using Python, JavaScript in the ArcGIS/ESRI environment;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including image and geospatial analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality software products;
  • Participate in code reviews, bug tracking, and other quality assurance activities to ensure that software meets high standards of quality and reliability;
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of software development, and share that knowledge with the team.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 10 years of IT experience;
  • At least 3 years of experience in Python and JavaScript development;
  • Knowledge of ArcGIS SDK, the ESRI environment, PowerShell programming, Jira will be an added asset;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems;
  • Excellent command of the English language.
