Business Operations Manager

Position: Office Manager (m/w/d) – Full-Time

As an Office Manager (m/w/d), you will serve as the primary point of contact for various internal administrative matters.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the telephone switchboard and welcome partners and guests
  • Perform general secretarial duties
  • Oversee office management tasks including procurement, service provider coordination, and inventory management
  • Handle fleet management
  • Conduct accounts payable activities (invoice processing)
  • Execute various administrative tasks

Your Profile

  • Commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in assistance and facility management
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Independent, structured, diligent, and solution-oriented work style
  • Team-oriented with the flexibility to take on additional tasks (hands-on mentality)
  • Knowledge of SAP-FI
  • Excellent command of German and English
