Job Description

This full-time, permanent position involves collaborating with the CDO and IT organization leaders to develop an effective EA organizational design that drives business outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading analysis of the IT environment to identify critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement
  • Driving the development of an implementation plan for the enterprise architecture based on business requirements and IT strategies
  • Collaborating with delivery and infrastructure teams to ensure consistency with the enterprise architecture
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks. Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills are essential, along with excellent English skills (German language skills are a plus).
