We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Data Science and Analytics to join our team at Cornerstone OnDemand Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our data science and analytics efforts, driving business growth, and making strategic decisions that impact our company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Data Science and Analytics Initiatives: Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  • Manage Data Science Teams: Supervise and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts, providing guidance on project development, data analysis, and visualization.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to integrate data science and analytics into our product roadmap and business strategy.
  • Develop and Maintain Data Assets: Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Drive Business Insights: Analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science and analytics to ensure our organization remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 Years of Experience: Proven track record of leading data science and analytics initiatives, managing teams, and driving business growth.
  • Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, as well as experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, market trends, and customer needs, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics, with relevant certifications or training in data science and analytics.
