Beschreibung der Position

Als Kundenbetreuer bist du ein wichtiger Teil in der Supply Chain unseres Unternehmens. Du bist für den Order-to-Cash-Prozess zu unseren exklusiven Distributionspartnern sowie die Auftragsabwicklung und den Versandprozess inkl. Transportplanung zu unseren Tochtergesellschaften für alle Produkte (Finished Goods, Visibility Items und Branded Cars) verantwortlich.

Du sorgst für eine professionelle Abwicklung aller versand- und exportrelevanten Themen und bietest einen erstklassigen Kundenservice. Darüber hinaus bist du stark in den Prozess von Produkteinführungen und -änderungen im bestehenden SKU-Portfolio deiner Märkte involviert.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Kommunikation und Koordination mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern
  • Auftragsmanagement und Transportplanung
  • Kundenreklamationen und Produkteinführungs-/Änderungswünsche
  • Erstellung von transport- und exportrelevanten Dokumenten
  • Überwachung von Sendungen und Abstimmung mit 3PLs und Kunden
Qualifikationen

Englisch fließend

Matura/Abitur (idealerweise im kaufmännischen oder Logistikbereich) oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit fundierter Berufserfahrung idealerweise in CPG/FMCG-Unternehmen

Idealerweise Erfahrung im internationalen Kundenservice

SAP-Kenntnisse (von Vorteil)

Exzellente Kenntnisse im Umgang mit verschiedenen Softwareprogrammen (SAP, Microsoft Office,...)

Selbständiges, genaues und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, qualitäts- und serviceorientiert, unternehmerisches Denken, sehr gut im Prioritäten setzen

Fähigkeit komplexe Prozesse im Bereich Logistik und Export zu verstehen, Risiken zu erkennen, Lösungen zu finden, sowie Prozesse zu verbessern

Zusätzliche Informationen

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich EUR 2.222,00 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
