As a vital member of our agile development teams, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to uphold the quality and reliability of our offerings. Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive quality assurance process for both mobile interfaces and backend systems.
- Create detailed test cases to outline the expected functionalities of our mobile and web applications.
- Conduct hands-on testing across various mobile devices, platforms, and operating systems.
- Engage in exploratory testing to verify new features slated for upcoming releases.
- Document bug reports, reproduce issues, and provide clear descriptions in actionable Jira tickets.
- Assist in the release management process.
- Suggest and implement strategies aimed at enhancing the overall quality of our products.
Your Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in software testing.
- Familiarity with testing mobile applications (both Android and iOS).
- Strong communication skills for discussing technical concepts within the team.
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Proactive approach, with a focus on identifying root causes and viewing quality as a holistic concept.
- Proficient with tools such as Android and iOS native applications, Tricentis Test Management, Charles Proxy, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
