Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our Finance team in Vienna, Austria.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely completion of transfer pricing compliance reports, including preparation of master files, local files, and compliance with local country rules and submission deadlines.
- Oversee the preparation of benchmarking studies by external advisors for related party transactions, obtained, reviewed, and managed as needed for transfer pricing reports and/or local files.
- Assist foreign tax advisors in preparing foreign transfer pricing reports.
- Conduct a detailed review of actual and forecasted cost allocation and ensure compliance with tax laws.
- Provide support and advice to internal stakeholders on the implementation of intercompany transactions according to applicable rules.
- Coordinate and draft new intercompany agreements.
- Review Benefit Test analysis on a yearly basis.
- Review Global Transfer Pricing Policy annually.
- Support international tax audits as requested.
- Implement future transfer pricing reporting requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements in the transfer pricing area, including improvements of existing transfer pricing reporting tools and transfer pricing intercompany transaction matrix tools, as well as identification and implementation of additional automation projects.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in Transfer Pricing in comparable industry experience.
- Previous experience working with or in other countries in a tax-related position a plus.
- Solid knowledge of transfer pricing and international tax concepts.
- Good research and writing skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate, orally and in writing, including the ability to explain complex information and develop persuasive arguments.
- Fluent English and fluent German language skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, GlobalDoc, and Hyperion.
