About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Circular Recovery Specialist to join our team.


As a key member of our Product Quality & Recovery team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the team to deliver exceptional commercial shopping experiences and efficient circular recovery operations.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, preferably in retail, and experience with KPI development and implementation.


You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure everyone understands and actively contributes to product quality and safety processes.


We offer a competitive salary based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week), estimated at €3, gross per month (all-in contract).


Additionally, we provide flexible working hours from Monday to Saturday, 5 days per week, with every second Saturday off.

Your Responsibilities



  • Lead, coach, and develop the Product Quality & Recovery team to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product quality and safety processes.
  • Establish pre-requisites for the team to deliver exceptional commercial shopping experiences and efficient circular recovery operations.
  • Identify and implement best practices for common working methods, processes, and tools related to product quality, safety, and recovery processes.
  • Develop individual team members and ensure succession planning.
