Resolution Planning Expert

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drafting and contributing to essential resolution planning documentation, including but not limited to the Bail-in playbook, Operational Continuity Handbook, and FMI Contingency Plan.
  • Facilitating the collection and coordination of data necessary for the aforementioned documents, as well as for regulatory submissions and urgent regulatory inquiries.
  • Overseeing the execution of resolution planning initiatives, such as the automation of data collection processes, establishing and managing repositories, and designing internal workflows.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory standards.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in resolution planning activities.
  • Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of relevant regulations, including BRRD, BaSAG, and EU guidelines.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented team player with a strong desire for continuous learning and improvement.

We provide a competitive salary that reflects your professional and personal qualifications, starting at €49,102.62 gross annually for this role, in line with the relevant collective agreement. Higher salary requests will be considered based on your experience and qualifications.
