Job Description

We are actively seeking a dynamic and innovative AI Co-Founder (future CAIO) to join Aiones. If you have a passion for AI, a drive for innovation, and a desire to be at the forefront of technological advancements, this opportunity may be suited to your skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Co-create and drive the vision for Aiones as a key founding member
  2. Drive hands-on development of our systems and product lineup
  3. Oversee ML / LLM model development and deployment
  4. Build and lead a talented technical team, fostering collaboration and innovation
  5. Bridge the gap from strategy to implementation
  6. Take action in other areas of the venture when and where necessary
Requirements
  1. Ability to work autonomously in a demanding startup environment
  2. Effective communication and collaboration skills
  3. Strong knowledge of chat- and document-based classification and extraction
  4. Well-experienced with different types of databases
  5. Expertise with ML Ops, including model training, evaluation, and deployment cycles
  6. Deep interest in applied machine learning use-cases
  7. Fluent in English; German or other languages a plus
  8. Previous startup experience beneficial
