Job Title: Sous Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at a 4-star hotel in Nauders, Tyrol, Austria.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the kitchen concept, adhering to hotel-specific standards and hygiene regulations, and preparing daily 4-course half-board menus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the kitchen concept according to company guidelines
  • Adhere to hotel-specific standards and hygiene regulations
  • Prepare daily 4-course half-board menus
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments
  • Produce and prepare fresh dishes
  • Contribute new ideas for weekly menu design

Requirements:
  • Completed apprenticeship as a chef
  • Experience in a similar position in upscale hotels or gastronomy
  • Enjoyment of working with fresh products
  • Creativity, organized, and meticulous work
  • Reliability, willingness to take responsibility, passion, and joy in the profession
  • German, English, or Italian language
