Tenured Professor in Systems Biology

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and lead their own research programme, focusing on systems biology approaches to understand complex biological systems. They will also contribute to the development of innovative methods to generate new systems biology data.
They will work closely with other researchers at the University of Salzburg, including those in the Centre for Tumour Biology and Immunology, to explore the potential of systems biology approaches to improve our understanding of human disease and to develop novel therapeutic strategies.
They will also have the opportunity to participate in national and international research collaborations, and to contribute to the development of research networks and initiatives.
