The Impact You'll Make
As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of IT relevant activities such as:
  • IT infrastructure support
  • Desk-side support
  • Client management
Acting as an interface between business and core IT teams.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining IT service levels and supporting clients' PCs and IT infrastructure environment on a daily basis.
* Ensuring that IT standards are followed and executed.
* Assisting in new IT roll-out and integration of business applications.
* Helping end-users with office software & hardware related issues and problems by providing technical expertise.
* Acting as a communication interface between the regions and the IT organization concerning IT related issues.
* Addressing IT specific issues and problems to the IT organization for finding solutions.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting desktops, laptops, and servers within a Microsoft operating system environment. Technical requirements include proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP CRM, ticketing system management, Microsoft Intune, and Onboarding Solutions. Network support and documentation, network and firewall infrastructure, collaboration with global teams, active directory management, and VMware experience are also essential.
