Finance Operations Specialist

As a Finance Operations Specialist with the Vienna Insurance Group, you will play a vital role in supporting our insurance companies across Europe. With your expertise in SAP systems and business analysis, you will help us implement and enhance our group-wide systems to drive efficiency and innovation.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Analyst. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the installation and enhancement of our Group-wide SAP systems (FPSL, NewGL, BW, SEM-BCS, etc.)
  • Participating in the S/4 Hana Transformation project on the business side
  • Coordinating and describing requests related to finance and providing support throughout the request life cycle
  • Liaising with various specialist departments
  • Involvement in various finance-related projects especially with focus on SAP

To succeed in this role, you should have relevant professional experience as an interface function between business and IT, profound knowledge and experience in working with SAP systems, ideally with S/4 HANA, and strong communication and teamwork skills in an international working environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of approximately €38,000 to €50,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
