Job Title: Principal Architect for IT Voice Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Architect to lead the development of our IT Voice Solutions system and software architecture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating the product system and software architecture, aligning it with business goals and objectives, and ensuring that technology investments support and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating the product system and software architecture
  • Aligning the architecture with business goals and objectives
  • Bridging the gap between business and product development
  • Collaborating on the architecture roadmap
  • Communicating the VCS software architectural strategy and technical/technological roadmap
  • Driving the architecture roadmap into everyday operations
  • Supporting business transformation efforts
  • Analyzing, designing, and improving business, development, and delivery processes
  • Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 10-15 years' experience as IT architect in a safety-critical or similar environment
  • Strong understanding of modern IT communication technologies and its challenges
  • Proven ability to analyze and design architectural processes and capabilities
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills combined with great interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent English language and presentation skills
