Product Owner and Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner and Software Engineer to join our team at Dynatrace. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining user stories and prioritizing the backlog, ensuring that your team is fulfilling the definition of ready and meeting the definition of done. You will also support your development team throughout the entire software development process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define user stories and prioritize the backlog
  • Support development team throughout software development process
  • Collaborate with team and internal stakeholders to define user stories and prioritize backlog
  • Ensure team is fulfilling definition of ready and meeting definition of done
  • Participate in hands-on technical work

Requirements

  • Technical study related to Software Engineering or related field
  • Several years of experience in software development with Java (preferred) and TypeScript/React (nice-to-have)
  • Familiar with working in an agile environment
  • Team player with proactive approach and ability to inspire colleagues
  • Ability to autonomously drive feature topics in cooperation with internal stakeholders
  • Fluent English language skills

Compensation and Rewards

  • Minimum salary EUR 45,500 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week), with higher salary in line with qualifications and experience
