Join Our Team as a Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Erste Group Bank. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital banking services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on the next generation of cash management and payment infrastructure for Erste Group
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to document and structure requirements and design potential solutions
  • Analyze and evaluate existing cash management and payment architectures to identify potential for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with business and technology trends in the cash management and payments domain
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience within the cash management domain, ideally in a bank or financial institution
  • Basic knowledge of payments business
  • Practical experience of applying requirements engineering methods, techniques, and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to uncertainties and challenges
  • Very strong communications and presentation techniques, in German as well as in English
