**Job Description:**


As a Regional Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and driving the marketing vision and strategy to achieve sales profit and market share targets in the DACH and EE region. You will lead a small, young, and dedicated marketing team, analyze local market activities and trends, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.



**Key Responsibilities:**



  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales profit and market share targets
  • Lead a small marketing team and provide guidance and direction
  • Analyze local market activities and trends to inform strategic decision-making
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage the marketing budget and oversee promotional activities


**Requirements and Qualifications:**



  • Proven leadership experience in a senior marketing role
  • Experience in an international setting in a group environment
  • Fluency in English and German, with additional languages a plus
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities


**Salary and Benefits:**


The salary for this position is approximately EUR 90,000 gross per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
