**About the Role**
As an Intern in the Rewards Management Team, you will work on varied tasks in Human Resources, especially within Rewards Management. Your tasks will include creation and further development of reports and statistics on various HR key figures, as well as data analyses and reporting. You will also prepare decision papers and presentations for internal stakeholders and support the team in local and group-wide projects.
**Your Background**
To be successful in this role, you should have ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in economics, human resources or data analytics, and ideally some work experience in HR. You should have very good data analyzing skills, a hands-on mentality, and handle sensitive and confidential data discreetly. You should be fluent in English and German, and have well-advanced IT and MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point. Programming knowledge is an advantage.
**Our Offer**
We offer an exciting and challenging part-time internship (25h - 30h / week) as of January 2025 until December 2025. We guarantee an internship allowance of minimum EUR 2.821,46 gross per month on a full-time basis (except obligatory internships) and benefits of Erste Group.
