Total Reward Specialist (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
Lead the international rollout of job gradings Manage job grading for the Senior Management group Take ownership of the Compensation Module in SF, overseeing digital remuneration reviews and STI processes.Enhance global templates, incorporating local needs Take part in developing and executing a comprehensive compensation strategy to support business objectives and attract top talent Analyze market trends and benchmarks for competitive compensation structures. Design groupwide compensation processes and prepare process descriptions (Job grading, Benchmarking, Remuneration review, Variable Pay STI & LTI) Implement and manage performance-based compensation programs and incentive structures Manage compensation processes for the Senior Management target group Take part in developing and introducing the equal pay agenda at the group Develop and implement trainings, and prepare materials to educate the wienerberger HR community on total rewards programs and tools Optimize benefits management globally Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and areas for improvement Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management Strong knowledge of compensation analysis, benchmarking, and job grading Proficiency in HRIS and compensation software Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills General understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits (including local country specificities) Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsBenefits
