Join Our Team as an Electrical Engineer for Motor and Drive Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in Vienna, Austria. As an Electrical Engineer for Motor and Drive Systems, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions for our clients in the field of electric power distribution and industrial automation.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and dimension individual drives, multi-drive systems, and motors according to mechanical requirements
  • Develop and specify AC and DC electric power supplies
  • Support project development with offer specifications and calculations
  • Test and commission our systems, as well as train and instruct international customers
  • Contribute to safety and hazard analysis, supporting stakeholders in multinational projects
  • Optimize and maintain existing solutions, as well as develop new, innovative solutions for technical and economic improvement
  • Support the creation and maintenance of hardware engineering standards
  • Contribute to the internal knowledge management system
  • Act as a point of contact for other departments, customers, sub-suppliers, and stakeholders regarding AC and DC drive systems and power supplies
Your Profile:
  • Completed technical education in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a global corporate environment
  • Competent knowledge of drive technology and international guidelines and standards
  • Structured and solution-oriented thinking, analytical approach, and responsible work style
  • Good English and German skills, with other language skills beneficial
  • Willingness to travel internationally (10-20%)
