About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success in the UK retail market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a predictable sales pipeline within the UK retail market.
  • Actively approach prospects and educate the market about the power of Smarter Ecommerce as a retail growth partner.
  • Organize relevant online and face-to-face meeting formats with key decision makers.
  • Develop product stories and connect these stories to demos and proposals.
  • Maintain and grow the company's sales database.
  • Contribute ideas, energy, and innovation to the team and wider company.
  • Work with colleagues in marketing, product, and client success management to develop commercial collateral.
Requirements
  • At least 1+ year of B2B sales experience in the UK market environment.
  • Proven track record in intelligent prospect hunting with growth results.
  • Advanced prospecting skills, including mailing campaigns, cold calling, content tagging, and LinkedIn.
  • Highly self-organized, results-driven, and mature self-starter with excellent communication and writing skills in English.
  • Ability to make strong connections with the target audience and overcome rejections to achieve results.

We offer a minimum salary of EUR 2,635 for this position, adjusted to match your qualifications and experience.
