Job Title: Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our top customers in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business growth and transformation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals
  • Lead business value conversations at customer executive levels and coach others to communicate effectively
  • Identify and prioritize customer priorities and create shared customer account plans to support customer objectives
  • Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and priorities, identify cross-selling and add-on opportunities, and optimize usage and drive adoption
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Several years of customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
  • Full proficiency in German and English (both written and verbal)
  • Austrian driving license
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Several years of relevant work experience within the customer industry; ideally in the finance/banking sector
  • Microsoft or competitor equivalent (e.g., AWS) certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, 365)
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification or equivalent service management certification
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification
