Community Interaktion

  • Aktive Interaktion mit unserer Online-Community: Beantwortung von Nachrichten und Kommentaren, Community-Wachstum und Engagement
  • Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Kundenanfragen über verschiedene digitale Kanäle (E-Mail, Website, soziale Medien)
  • Verantwortung für die Pflege der häufig gestellten Fragen (FAQs)
  • Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Inhalten in sozialen Medien sowie Unterstützung im Bereich der Webseitenpflege (Aktualisierung von Neuigkeiten, Weitergabe neuer Inhalte, etc.) und Reporting (fokussiert auf relevante Social Media Kennzahlen)
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Community Management, Social Media oder Kundenservice
  • Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kundenanfragen über verschiedene Plattformen sowie ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Musik- und App-Branche
  • Verständnis für aktuelle Trends in der Musikszene
  • Fähigkeit, einen konsistenten Kommunikationsstil über verschiedene Plattformen hinweg aufrechtzuerhalten
