Medical Manager Field Based

Be part of a dynamic team at ISG Personalmanagement GmbH and take on a challenging role as a Medical Manager Field Based. As a key member of our Medical Team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the cardiovascular field.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Medical Therapeutic Area Expert, providing scientific consultancy services to internal and external partners.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional cluster nucleus and/or country implementation teams, co-owning the strategy and proactively supporting it.
  • Proof medical correctness of promotional material and accordance with local laws and regulations.
  • Hold presentations on product-specific topics, contribute to trainings, and support the conduct of local events.
  • Collaborate with Cluster Medical Manager and provide relevant information to nucleus by collecting and sharing country insights.
  • Develop and execute Thought Leader engagement plans in alignment with nucleus.
  • Serve as a scientific point of contact for thought leaders, cultivate relationships by regular contacts.
  • Create medical content and support handling of requests.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Human Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy Studies, or another scientific study.
  • Pharmareferentenprüfung.
  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent facilitation skills, digital and project management skills.
  • Ability to listen, learn, reflect, develop, and implement innovative ideas and creative concepts.
  • Ability to work resiliently in a complex environment, across functions, and in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
