Job Title: Field Sales Manager

Delivery Hero is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team in Vienna. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new restaurant and cooperation partners, building and maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the development and optimization of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Akquiriere new Restaurant- und Kooperationspartner
  • Verantworte den Aufbau und die Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen zu neuen Restaurantpartner:innen
  • Unterstütze die Restaurantpartner bei der stetigen Verbesserung bis hin zu einem Top-Online-Lieferdienst
  • Unterstütze bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Vertriebsstrategien
  • Vertreibe innovative Upselling-Produkten an bestehende Restaurantpartner:innen
  • Beantworte Inbound-Anfragen potentieller Kunden
  • Erstelle Angebote und führe Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Verantworte und realisiere quantitative und qualitative Ziele
  • Betreue Neu- und Bestandskunden
Requirements:
  • Starke Vertriebspersönlichkeit mit hoher Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Spaß daran "on-the-road" zu sein – die meisten Verhandlungen finden vor Ort bei den Restaurants statt
  • Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb / Außendienst ist ein Plus
  • Starkes Verhandlungsgeschick und Interesse an der Kundenbetreuung
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Zielstrebigkeit sowie Aufgeschlossenheit und Leidenschaft
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) – jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus
