Bristol-Myers Squibb is a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming patients' lives through science. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager Oncology to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Sales strategy in Oncology, shaping and developing a KAM team to grow the existing business and successfully roll-out upcoming launches.
  • Accountable for the development and execution of strategic outcome-based plans for territories and Key Accounts.
  • Drive analysis of performance data, market trends, and field insights together with the KAM team.
  • Seek in-depth information from customers to understand their needs and develop effective ways to deliver on customer feedback.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and internal functions to ensure relevant KPIs are provided and analyzed.
  • Lead and coach the Key Account Manager team, taking ownership to support individual development and identify training needs.
Requirements:
  • Certified Pharma Representative (Pharmareferentenprüfung) or equivalent.
  • Several years of experience in pharmaceutical industry in customer-facing commercial field roles.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, ideally in a sales role.
  • Strong preference for knowledge and experience in Oncology.
  • Fluent in German and English, with the ability to lead meetings in both languages.
