Job Title: Key Account Manager West Oncology

As a Key Account Manager West Oncology, you will play a critical role in promoting the optimal use of our products through in-label promotion, information, and implementation of activities in the local stakeholder network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in the assigned region, promoting the optimal use of our products.
  • Develop and implement stakeholder outreach plans together with medical and commercial teams based on systematic customer/market observation and evaluation of customer needs.
  • Manage defined territory & accounts, ensuring effective customer interactions and local implementation of the national brand strategy.
  • Organize scientific and proactive events, and coordinate lead for internal partners regarding communication with HCPs.
  • Deliver customer insights, activity planning, and analysis based on documentation of customer information in the CRM system.
  • Optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer activities, identifying opportunities for improvement in local patient management.
Requirements:
  • Pharmareferentenprüfung or degree in medicine, pharmacy, or veterinary medicine.
  • Strong account management, business acumen, and networking skills.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives effectively and guide individuals and/or groups to maximize performance.
