The role involves working closely with commercial and medical colleagues to develop and execute sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the oncology therapy area
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs) and customers
- Provide scientific and clinical expertise to support sales efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Highly motivated and experienced pharmaceutical sales specialist with a proven track record of success
- Strong scientific background and understanding of oncology therapies
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Fluency in German and strong English language skills
- Ability to travel throughout the territory as required
