About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team at MeisterLabs Software GmbH. As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in driving new business sales pipeline through various channels, including inbound inflow, existing customer relationships, and targeted outbound efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new business through strategic sales efforts
  • Expand and engage relationships with existing clients
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of closing deals and managing multiple accounts
  • Outbound sales expertise, including cold calls and pitching
  • Strong skills in up-selling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Results-driven approach to achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in German and English, with a C2 level of fluency in each language
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM software and sales tools
  • Prioritization and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends
