Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at Dr. Pendl & Dr. Piswanger GmbH. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our market share in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Regional Manager in all business matters, providing technical and commercial support to local distributors.
- Contribute to growing the business in terms of market share, sales, and profitability.
- Support partners to acquire and service designers, architects, and clients for cooling and heating installations.
- Prepare and submit proposals under the guidance of the Regional Manager.
- Cooperate with inside sales and supply chain departments.
- Reporting to the Regional Manager.
- Graduate in engineering with HVAC focus or equivalent to HTL education in Austria.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical sales support.
- Exposure to project business.
- Good understanding of commercial and supply chain parameters.
- Fluent in English, plus optional Slovakian or Serbo-Croatian language.
- Mobile and willing to travel 25% within the designated 3-country sales region.
- Residence within the larger Vienna area is an advantage.
- Service- and client-centric working attitude.
- Ambitious and willing to learn.
- Good communication and networking skills.
- Dynamic, well-structured, and dedicated to tasks and team.
We offer a diverse and demanding role within a successful and growing group. Subject to qualification and working experience, your annual gross salary will be EURO € 60,000.- plus performance-based bonus and a company car. Place of work is the Regional Headquarter in Vienna.
